Step and Tone: Class formatted with combinations on the step to keep you moving and burning those calories. Fun and exciting way to exercise and get in great cardio shape, we also add some ab work and toning to the mix.

Cardio Blast: A high intensity class sure to get the body moving and the heart a pumping. Formatted to help members tone, strengthen and boost their metabolism...thus gaining the ultimate body!!!

Plyometric Bootcamp: A result based class providing participants with an opportunity to interval train. You will target every major muscle group in the body. Intervals have been proven to raise your metabolism, help you lose weight, and increase your aerobic capacity. You're sure not to get bored!!

Kickboxing Plus: Designed with 35 minutes of cardio kickboxing, followed by weight training and cool down. Formatted to help members tone, strengthen and boost their metabolism...thus gaining the ultimate body!!!

Yoga: A smooth flow that will enable you to concentrate on tightening and toning the body. This class will be lengthening and strengthening the muscles and giving you an overall great body.

 

Classes available Monday thru Friday at 5AM.
At this time there are no classes being held on Saturday or Sunday.
