FOUNDATIONS DESCRIPTION

Three 4-week phases that provide the perfect foundation for your fitness endeavors. The patterns and exercises in this plan are key foundational pieces that you’ll be be able to build off of for future, more advanced exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s had prior experience but seemingly runs into plateaus frequently or gets injured on a regular basis, this program is the one for you.

The cost is $49 every 4 weeks for the 12 week program.

Intro to Barbells

INTRO TO BARBELLS DESCRIPTION

Three 4-week phases that are for those who “want to get started with barbells, but aren’t quite sure where to begin and are worried about hurting themselves.” We feel like we’ve heard this time and time again and we decided to develop a plan that showed you where to rack the bar on your back during squats, how to choose your stance for deadlifts, where to position yourself during a bench press, and also how to increase weights and utilize concepts like tempo training to better develop proficiency with the barbell lifts.

The cost is $49 every 4weeks for the 12 week program.

POWERLIFTING CYCLE DESCRIPTION

Two 5-week, progressive phases along with a taper week and a “Max Out Day” where you test your 1RM (your absolute max) for the Big 3 Lifts - the bench press, back squat, and deadlift. Testing your maxes shouldn’t be taken lightly, and should end on a carefully crafted and progressive plan.

The cost is $49 every 4 weeks for the 12 week program.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM

INDIVIDUALIZED DESCRIPTION

This is our most customizable option. You will receive a completely individualized program after connecting with an AchieveOnline coach via Skype and going through a comprehensive evaluation and goals assessment. You’ll also receive in-app messaging capabilities with your coach, be able to upload videos for your coach to see, and get coaching cues and advice on a once-a-week basis.

This plan is for those who do well with accountability and motivation from a coach and also for those who have special considerations - a complex injury history, pre/post-natal, training for a sport, etc.

The cost is $199/4 weeks with a 12 week initial commitment.

Frequently asked questions

Q: DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

A: You don’t necessarily have to have a gym membership, however certain programs require more equipment than others! Click on the “learn more” buttons for each program to learn about the equipment requirements!


Q: WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THE EXERCISE?

A: Not to worry! Every single exercise has an accompanying YouTube video of us showing you exactly how we want you to perform the exercise, along with coaching cues to help you understand what you should be doing!


Q: WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A PARTICULAR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT? CAN I SUB THE EXERCISE OUT OR DO I HAVE TO SKIP IT?

A: You can sub it out! Not only that, but the app allows for you to select an exercise from a dropdown menu that works similar muscles and movements to the exercise you’re substituting for.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY AND CAN’T DO A SPECIFIC EXERCISE? HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TO DO?

A: That’s what our community is for! You can post in-app in our team feed or in our Facebook group and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours or less!

Q: ARE THE PROGRAMS TOTAL BODY? BODY PART SPLITS? HOW ARE THEY STRUCTURED?

A: Our two and three day workout offerings are all total body workouts, and our four day programs are upper/lower splits. We don't do body part splits unless specifically requested via our Individualized programming option!

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE REALLY SPECIFIC GOALS OR REALLY SPECIFIC INJURY CONSIDERATIONS?

A: That's where our Individualized programming comes into play! As soon as you sign up for our Individualized plan, we'll send you a questionnaire and set up a Skype session with you so that we know exactly how to go about programming for you!

Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?

A: You are not on auto-renew so you'll need to choose a new program if you'd like to continue. You'll have access to the app, still be able to post in the Team Feed and FB Group, and be able to view your past workouts - you just won't see new workouts every week.

Q: I’M NOT SURE IF I’LL HAVE WIFI ACCESS WHILE TRAVELING - CAN I PRINT OUT MY WORKOUTS?

A: Yup! Every Sunday, you'll have access to your workouts for that week. You'll have to log in via your desktop rather than the mobile app, but you'll be able to print out your workouts for the week!

Q: WHAT IF I SIGN UP AND DECIDE IT’S NOT FOR ME?

A: We have a no-risk enrollment policy which means that within the first 3 days (72 hours) of your enrollment you can cancel with a complete refund and no questions asked if you decide that AchieveOnline isn’t the right fit for you!
