HOW IT WORKS

 

It can be hard to commit to an online program when you’re not exactly sure what to expect! We’ve broken down the gist of it in 10 easy steps so you can get a better understanding of how to use the app, where to find important information, and how to be a part of the Achieve community! step 1

CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM

We have different programs for different goals and needs! Look through our program options, and if you’re still not sure which program is best for you, take our quiz to help narrow it down!


step 2

SIGN UP AND RECEIVE E-MAIL INSTRUCTIONS

Once you purchase your program through the TeamBuildr site, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your program and how to navigate the app!


step 3

FIND YOUR WARM UP EXERCISES

On any given workout there will be 8-10 warm up exercises to help get you prepped for the workout! These warm ups focus on improving mobility and movement quality and are an important piece of a well-rounded program!

step 4

FIND YOUR POWER, STRENGTH, AND CONDITIONING EXERCISES

After the warm ups, your workout will be broken up into a power development exercise, 2-3 supersets/circuits of strength exercises, and a conditioning “finisher.”

STEP 5

ACCESS VIDEOS

Click the red camera button to view a video demonstration of the exercise you’re about to perform. Videos are available for every single exercise in your program and come with accompanying cues and instructions within the video to ensure you’re performing them properly!

STEP 6

ENTER YOUR WEIGHTS

Keep track of your progress by entering the weights you use for each exercise!

STEP 7

SUBSTITUTE EXERCISES IF NECESSARY

Click the orange square with the arrow to substitute an exercise for a different variation! Choose the reason for opting out (injury, lack of equipment, etc.) and then substitute with either a similar exercise that targets similar muscle groups, or a completely different exercise altogether. Either way, once you make the substitution, you will have access to the video of the new exercise so you’re clear on how to perform it!

STEP 8

ACCESS ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

When you open the app, click the three dots on the bottom right corner labeled “more,” then click on “documents & links.” This will take you to a screen with options for all of our additional educational content to help you with some of the finer details and nuances! When you click on a link, you will see an accompanying youtube video going into detail on that particular topic. (See below for an example)

STEP 9

LOOK BACK AT PREVIOUS WEIGHTS

As you go through your program week to week, you’ll want to keep track of your progress! To do so, you can click the green circular arrow which will take you to your personal history with that particular exercise!

STEP 10

ASK QUESTIONS AND CHEER ON YOUR FELLOW ACHIEVERS!

Use the team feed to ask us any questions you might have, or to post success stories and cheer on fellow Achievers on their successes! We also have a facebook group where you can connect with others who are doing similar workouts to you and receive accountability and encouragement!
