OUR LIFESTYLE PROGRAM IS THE PERFECT PLAN FOR:

  • Anyone looking for workouts that are fun, sustainable, and explore a variety of different exercises and movement patterns.

  • Anyone looking for consistency and accountability with their exercise routine.

  • Those who already have some previous experience with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.

Our lifestyle program is geared toward individuals who are aiming for a well-rounded routine that incorporates lots of different movement patterns, modalities, and pieces of exercise equipment. If you have absolutely no prior gym or lifting experience, we recommend checking out our Foundations program before starting on the Lifestyles program.


Equipment required:

IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THIS PROGRM AS WRITTEN, THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED:

  • Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

  • Barbell and Weight Plates

  • Bench

  • Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

  • Stability Ball

  • Cable Machine and/or Bands

  • Pull-Up Bar

This program a lot of variability, and therefore requires the most amount of equipment! However, you always have the option to make modifications if you don’t have certain pieces of equipment. So, for example if you don’t have a stability ball, you can swap out those exercises for exercises with similar movement patterns that utilize a different piece of equipment instead!


Program details:

The Lifestyle program explores all sorts of challenging but fun patterns and exercises in a balanced and well-rounded way. This program will consist of bodyweight, dumbbell, barbell, and kettlebell training and explore all elements of fitness - strength, endurance, balance, mobility, flexibility, agility, etc. The programs are meant to be sustainable and fun which helps with consistency, and consistency leads to the best results!

You have the option of choosing either a 2, 3, or 4-day per week program depending on your preference! You can switch the amount of days you want included at any point!

The program comes with access to our app where you’ll find an introduction video explaining how everything works, video demonstrations of each and every exercise, and a community forum!
